Cheesecake Anyone?

I was underwhelmed with requests to post this recipe, but I'm doing it anyway!! You'll thank me later.
CHEESECAKE FACTORY CHEESECAKE RECIPE
(I cannot verify that this is the actual cheesecake recipe from this restaurant. It was on the internet, so it must be true. Right? HaHaHa!)
CRUST
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (That's pronounced "pee-cans"!)
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
3/4 cup finely chopped vanilla wafers
2 tablespoons melted butter
Mix all nuts and vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9 inch buttered springform pan. Try to line the sides as much as possible (about 1 1/2") up the sides of the pan. Set aside.
FILLING
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 1/3 cups sugar
5 large eggs
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice (I squeezed mine fresh!)
All of the filling ingredients should be at room temperature.
Beat the cream cheese on low until light and fluffy.
Add the sugar a little at a time and continue beating until creamy.
Add one egg at a time and beat after each egg.
Add flour, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the sour cream and beat well.
Pour cream cheese mixture into springform pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.
When time is up, prop open oven door and leave in oven for one hour.
Remove from oven and let cool, then refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
I topped mine with Hershey's chocolate syrup and strawberries, but the possibilities are endless.
Enjoy!
I have once again reached my limit with trying to post a recipe that won't run together. I GIVE UP! I am confident that you can figure it out even if it does run together! Blogger hates me.

It looks to have posted fine.
I will be on break for a couple weeks after tomorrow so It will definitely be made. And I will probably hide it so no one else will see it. I am selfish that way. hehe.

Now when you say "run together" do you mean the cheese cake or the blog post? Post looks fine. You must have a real mess in your kitchen then...

Only joking of course, thanks for the recipe.

Man! That sounds GOOD! I am going to actually give it a try! And may I say how impressed I am that you are making these adventurous recipes? That reminds me of when I was a little girl and my mom would be cooking or baking something and Pop would come in out of his garage, (we called it his shop, i.e. tinkering spot), and say, "Hi honey! What 'ch building?" It always made my mom giggle and me too.
Oh! By the way, you have been tagged for a meme by ME! HA! Go check it out, it SHOULD be fun!
