Road Trip - Texas

Welcome to Texas!

Home of the elusive, yet ever-lovely, bucket-stealing Grandma J!

Where husbands wither in the ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN degree heat!

Where sad parents drop their daughter off to pursue her dreams.

Where blog friends meet for the very first time!!

Hi, Krissa!! SQUEEEEEEE!!!

Where couples enjoy ferry rides.

Only in the beautiful state of Texas;)

GO COWBOYS!

Angie, I'm still grinning after meeting you and Scott! John and I had a wonderful time and can't wait to see you guys again!
Maybe next time we can get GrandmaJ in on the fun with all of us together...if she's not in prison for the bucket caper! ;-)

117 degrees. Stop it right this second. OH MY HEART! Oh my heart. No wonder poor Grandma J is missing in action. She has melted! : )

Wishing your daughter the most wonderful year. I know she will do great.

I was seriously, before I even clicked on your blog today, ask you if you'd heard from Grandma J. Because she has been silent lately. Clearly, the answer is yes, and she seems to be just fine. I'm glad. Tell her I said hi.

I am so glad to see GRANDMA J! She is not forgotten and she is missed!!!!! I'm so glad you visited her and enjoyed some of our southern heat! Isn't it ridiculous?
It is in the low 90's this week and feels so COOL.
I know your baby girl will make you proud.
