Homecoming '09

The Homecoming festivities were held at Small Town USA High School this past weekend. Although we lost the football game, Snow White (far right) and her friends never let their school spirit wane.

The night of the dance, SW and her friends posed for a few photos before heading out to meet their dates. They take Homecoming VERY seriously in these parts!

There is always one mom in every crowd who can rally the teenagers long enough to snap a few group shots. Thank goodness for those moms! I had a hard enough time getting SW corralled for the couples shots:/

**sigh** SO beautiful!

There's nothing better than kids in dress up clothes:)

It made me sad to think that this was the last high school Homecoming that my daughter would attend. However, I felt much better when I realized that no matter how old she gets, she will still love her Mama!!

OMG - She is GORGEOUS like her Mumma PLUS she has an escort/boyfriend TO DIE FOR. Also, I absolutely love the matching pink tie he's wearing - so color coordinated.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous.

I was getting all teary-eyed and then you wrote that last line. Forget teary-eyed. Think full-out crying now. Golly.

When I can see straight again, I will send Jill's info to you.

Wow, those are the best looking kids all in one group. I'm confused about the last picture because you didn't say which one was the mom and which one was the daughter! BEAUTIFUL GENES!

What a beautiful daughter you have. And I must agree, there's nothing like teens when they clean up well.

Apple, tree. What a couple of absolutely stunning woman! And I get the whole "last this", and "last that" of high school - I am living it, too, lady!

Let's you and I just collectively heave a big cleansing breath and be done with it - there's so much more ahead!!

This brings back memories from Meg's last homecoming, two years ago.

*sigh*

Snow White looked gorgeous. Anjoy this last year of high school, mama. It's only going to speed up from here on out and there is so much tha goes on this year. It's exhausting! But oh the memories. Cherish every single one. I don't think I have to tell you that though.
