"Crusty" Sighting

Yesterday, my family attended the State Fair of Virginia. I am working on a couple of posts that highlight the event, but wanted to let you all know that "Crusty" was in attendance as well. Grandma J neglected to tell me that "Crusty" would be making the trip, but I was happy to see him! He's SUCH a jet setter! Evidently, he was glad to be back in Virginia for a visit, but was excited about heading back home to the Great State of Texas! We chatted for a few minutes, and then parted ways. I was heading off to play Whac-a-Mole, and he needed to get back to his supervisory duties at the seafood booth.

"Crusty" told me to be sure to say hello to his beloved Blog Fest friends! He can't wait to see all of you again;)

HA! I love it! Crusty didn't tell me where he was going, but you know, it's a bit risky filing a missing person's report on a Crusty Crab! Around here it's referred to as "Stage II".

I'm so glad you guys had a chance to chat! We can't wait for Blog Fest II to see all our friends again.

Miss you guys!!

He probably had to make an escape after PJB tried to turn him into He Crab Soup! Hope he does come back for the Oyster Fest. I want to see him! {{Lucky!!}}

I'm wondering if Crusty is OK - he looks trapped. I think JJ finally had enough and kidnapped Crusty. Knowing that nobody'd ever find him amongst the freaks at the state fair of Virginia, JJ cleverly stuffed Crusty in a crab pot and left him at the fairgrounds.

Maybe I should go to the fair this weekend and check in on him.

If only my life were half as exciting as his. Thanks for the laugh :)
